We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that don’t meet these criteria unfortunately cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@solmarastudio.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Your full name
3. The shipping address used on the order
4. A brief reason for your return
📩 Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, you’ll receive:

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any delays or lost parcels.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item:
1. Start a return for the original Item.
2. Place a new order for your desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@solmarastudio.com with:
1. A photo of the issue
2. A short description of the problem
3. We’ll review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re located in the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified of your refund status.
If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@solmarastudio.com.
